Looking for a way to incorporate yoga into your life with baby? Finding yourself nap-trapped, yet hoping to come back to the mat? Needing a welcoming community to support your yoga and wellness practice for this season of life? Join us for our Baby & Me Yoga class!
This class is a slow flow. There will be guidance and tips on:
-postpartum-friendly movements/ poses to relieve repetitive caretaking movements
-how to engage with your baby in various poses
-settling your baby while settling your own mind and healing your own body
*This class is designed for parents/caregivers with pre-walking little ones. Newly postpartum parents are welcome once given the ok by their healthcare provider!
