Join us for the 13th Annual Stoneham Chamber Health & Wellness Fair on June 10, 10am-1pm on the Stoneham Town Common.
Since 2010, the Stoneham Chamber of Commerce has offered a Health & Wellness Fair in partnership with MelroseWakefield Hospital and Winchester Hospital to connect the Stoneham community to the local resources that will to help you move a little more, stress a little less and eat a little better.
Anchored by the major hospitals of Melrose Wakefield Hospital and Winchester Hospital, Stoneham is a growing center for health and wellness businesses and organizations. In response to this trend, the Stoneham Chamber of Commerce sponsors a Health & Wellness Fair each year so that its members in the health and wellness industries can showcase their products and services to the community at large.
Free of charge to the community, the Health & Wellness Fair features healthy lifestyle activity demonstrations such as karate, yoga, Pilates and more. Healthy lifestyle seminar topics are offered which may feature cooking demonstrations or discussions about diet and healthy eating. Health screenings of various sorts are provided free of charge.
Families are an important focus of the Health & Wellness Fair. Healthy lifestyle activities for children are always included such as music and motion. In addition, activities are also offered that are purely for fun – such as face painting, balloon art and craft-making.
